Herbal tea and trying to concieve?
If you are not having trouble conceiving I would not worry about it as herbal teas will most likely not have a positive effect, other than some minor health improvements that each herb has been shown to help with. Some of the hormonal ones may even have detrimental effect.

If you are actually having trouble conceiving I suggest trying a glyconutrient supplement, it will improve communications cell-to-cell and may improve your conception chance. And also improve you health in general when you do conceive and you then should add a Phtyo (plant) based multivitamin to the glyconutrient supplementation.
Reply:Do this exercise everyday and carry on trying to concieve. You will be happy with result and the baby will be healthy.Build up the timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume later.

Anulom Vilom –

then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril

then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril

then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.

This is one cycle of anulom vilom.

Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).

You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

Reply:Yea, it's ok. All teas are good for a maturing baby and the mother.
Reply:Many herbs have not been tested for safety in pregnancy. The best advice is to avoid drugs including herbs unless absolutely needed. Vitex has hormone like effects and may disrupt your natural hormones and interfere with conception.

You should take a folic acid supplement as protection against spinal cord disorders in your baby.
Reply:hmmm sounds like bullshit
