We are trying for our first baby..yeah. I started drinking organic pergnancy tea and taking vitex.. Is this okay? I have heard different opions. what have you experinced? the tea has raspberry leaf and strawberry leaf, nettle leaf, alfalfa leaf, rose hip, bitter fennel leaf, leamon, verbena leaf
Heral tea while trying to have a baby?
The tea is fine, the only thing i have not heard of is verbena leaf so I am uncertain if this is OK to take.
